The Personal Jeans Search is a personalised styling and jeans-finding service provided by Sam Remer / ILoveJeans.com.
Payment
The Personal Jeans Search costs £395, payable in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

How the process works
1. Your questionnaire and Zoom consultation
Once you’ve completed your questionnaire and sent your photographs, we’ll have our 40-minute Zoom consultation.
This is where we’ll talk through your jeans, what you’ve tried before, what’s not working and exactly what we’re looking for.
2. Your personalised jeans search
Following our Zoom consultation, I’ll get to work researching jeans specifically for you.
Within approximately one week of our Zoom consultation, you’ll be able to access your personalised recommendations through your private styling account on Goodpix, where you can view the jeans I’ve selected and order them directly from the retailers.
3. Ordering and delivery
Jeans are purchased directly from the retailers. Delivery times vary, but jeans can take 5–7 days to arrive, although they may arrive sooner.
As your jeans may be coming from different retailers, they may not all arrive at the same time.
4. Your Zoom Fit Review
Once your jeans arrive, please keep all of the jeans until we’ve had your Zoom Fit Review together.
It’s important that I see all of the jeans on you so I can properly assess the fit, rise, shape, length and overall proportion and compare the different options.
We’ll then decide together which jeans work, which don’t, and what — if anything — we need to do next.
Jeans purchases
The cost of any jeans, clothing, delivery charges, alterations, duties, taxes or other retailer charges is not included in the £395 service fee.
You purchase items directly from the retailer and are responsible for checking the retailer’s own delivery, returns and exchange policies.
Recommendations
I will use my professional experience to research jeans that I believe have the potential to work for your proportions, lifestyle and requirements.
I cannot guarantee that a particular pair will fit perfectly before you try it on, as fit can vary between brands, styles and individual garments.
Further Jean Search
If, following the initial search and Fit Review, we agree that a genuinely different style or direction is required, a further Jean Search can be booked for £125.
This is not required simply because another size, wash or variation of an already-researched style is needed.
Client information
You are responsible for providing accurate information, measurements and photographs and for completing the questionnaire fully.
This information is used to personalise your recommendations.
Appointments
Zoom appointments will be arranged by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
Refunds and cancellation
Because The Personal Jeans Search involves personalised research and work undertaken specifically for you, the service fee is non-refundable once the personalised search has begun.
If you cancel before any personalised work has begun, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your booking.
Retailers and third parties
ILoveJeans.com is not responsible for the availability, pricing, delivery, quality, returns or customer service of products purchased from third-party retailers.
International clients
The Personal Jeans Search is available worldwide.
International clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, delivery charges or other costs associated with purchases made from retailers.
